Uploads are encrypted with a unique key per file before they touch storage. Nothing is collected that we do not need to verify your business.
Business details
Legal name, addresses, phone, website and your entity type (corporation, LLC, partnership or sole proprietor).
Entity & license documents
Your formation document (articles, operating agreement or partnership agreement) and business licenses for each buying location.
Owners & principals
Name, title and address for each owner or officer, plus a government photo ID for each one.
Buying employees
Anyone who will purchase converters on your behalf, with a photo ID. You can photograph IDs right from your phone.
Signature
A drawn signature and your typed legal name on the anti-money-laundering affidavit and terms of service.
After approval
Your account, your price list, your app.

How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within one business day. If we need something else we will email you and you can resubmit from the same link.
Do I need to give banking information?
No. Banking and wire details are never collected in the online application. Payment details are arranged directly with your account contact after approval.
Can I stop and come back later?
Yes. Your progress is saved to your application. Re-verify your email from any device and pick up where you left off.
What happens after approval?
You receive an email with your username and a temporary password for 366 Search. You will be asked to set a new password the first time you sign in.
Do you buy from individuals?
No. We buy from licensed businesses only. This protects you, us and the industry from stolen material.
Is my information secure?
Documents are encrypted before they are stored and can only be viewed by authorized staff. Every view is logged. See our compliance page for details.
